Information I collect

When you contact me through this website, by email or by phone, I may receive your name, contact details and the information you choose to share about your project. If we work together, I also keep relevant project correspondence, quotes and invoices.

How I use your information

I use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and carry out agreed design work. This is necessary to take steps towards a contract with you or to fulfil our contract. I keep invoices and related records to meet my accounting obligations.

I won’t add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you contacted me.

Who I share it with

I use service providers for website hosting, email, contact forms and business administration. They may process information on my behalf where needed to provide those services. I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries that do not become projects for 12 months after our last contact. I keep project correspondence for 6 years after the project ends, and financial records for at least 5 years after the 31 January tax-return deadline for the relevant tax year. I then delete information securely unless I need to keep it for a legal reason.
